Reading school – Reading nation

The Reading School project has started in Kazakhstan. The purpose of this project is to create an active environment in Kazakhstan for the creative development of children and increase interest in reading.

The Reading School project is aimed at instilling a high culture of reading. The development of reading literacy should become one of the priority areas of the educational process in Kazakhstani schools. Interest in reading, knowledge of the world around through books should be formed in children from school, and the library should be the focus of this interest, a guide to this fascinating world of books.
